Welcome to the Biology Department, as one of the pioneer department it got full accreditation in 2009 by the National Universities Commission (NUC) to offer B.Sc. (Hons.) the Department is committed to, among other things; ensuring high academic quality and institutional discipline, a vibrant and dedicated team, passion for fairness, firmness, thoroughness and hard work as well as reputation for high quality graduates in both character and learning in tandem with the University’s vision and mission.
